Thanks for visiting LogoVale.com. By enlisting the services of LogoVale.com, you agree to be bound by the following conditions. Please read these terms carefully. LogoVale.com may change these terms at anytime by updating this page so you should visit this page periodically to review these conditions, as they are binding to you. LogoVale.com agrees to award all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by LogoVale.com to the client upon receipt of approval of the final artwork.

PRICING

LogoVale.com reserve the rights to change the pricing of the various design packages at anytime without prior notice. All prices are in US dollars.

Delivery

The initial custom logo design sample will be delivered to the client within 5 working days but it will usually take shorter than that. Whereas, the number of days to the delivery of the final logo may vary depending on the number of revision rounds requested by the client.

As for the custom web graphics and custom website design samples, the number of days to delivery shall follow what are stated in the respective design packages.

OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS

The ownership of the final artwork becomes the property of the client. The ownership rights entitle the client to unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of artwork upon approval of the final draft. LogoVale.com retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and/or advertising materials. All concepts or any preliminary materials which are not selected by the client or are not included in the final delivery, remain the full property of LogoVale.com.

TRADE MARKS & COPYRIGHTS

LogoVale.com expects the client to perform research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark, etc. to protect the clients legal rights to any name or image. LogoVale.com will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
